Your shifts, your equipment, your standards and who our people report to. Then we match to that, not to a job title.
We confirm every shift
Every worker is confirmed before their shift and backups are ready, so a call-in doesn’t leave you short.
We stand behind every placement
You pay only for hours worked. If someone isn’t the right fit, we replace them at no extra charge.
What we check
We check what each role actually requires, and nothing it doesn’t. Record checks are done only where the role requires them, with the worker’s consent.
- Forklift and equipment certifications, matched to your machines
- WHMIS training before a first warehouse shift
- PSW certificates, and nursing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Licence class and status for every driver, plus a driver’s abstract
- Vulnerable sector checks and health records where a care home requires them
- References and structured interviews for professional roles
